The first year takes place on the European Business School campus in Paris and lays the foundations of strategic management, data and entrepreneurship; the second, on the Ferrières campus — at the heart of the Château de Ferrières, a listed historic monument in Seine-et-Marne — goes deeper into hospitality concept engineering, revenue management and people leadership, up to the final consulting project. The immersive Learning by Doing approach structures the whole programme: hands-on projects, masterclasses, Career Summits and consulting assignments, in France and internationally. The Fusion Trail, the shared foundation of the Groupe Accelis schools, completes the programme with hybrid skills in AI, data and guest experience, design thinking, entrepreneurship, sustainable transition and cybersecurity.
The MSc. is open to holders of a three-year higher education qualification or equivalent, on the basis of a review of the application file and an admissions interview. Two intakes are offered: September 2026, on the 24-month track with work-study possible (applications close on 25 August 2026), and January 2027, on the 18-month track (applications close on 25 December 2026). Tuition fees are €11,000 per year; depending on the track chosen, work-study allows fees to be covered under the contract.

The organisation of the MSc. links two campuses and two fields of learning. The first year takes place at European Business School, in Paris, focusing on business fundamentals: strategy, data, innovation and entrepreneurship. The second year, at Ferrières-en-Brie, deepens hospitality expertise through concept engineering, revenue management and leadership. The programme includes, in particular, Strategic management & C.S.R., Data & business analytics, Agile project management, Concept creation & entrepreneurship in hospitality, Hospitality concept engineering, Marketing, branding & communication for hospitality ventures and Revenue management & business performance. The Learning by Doing pedagogy favours practical scenarios and tangible deliverables. The programme brings together projects, masterclasses, Career Summits and consultancy assignments. The majority of courses are delivered in workshop format, with contributions from practitioners and academics. The Fusion Trail provides a cross-cutting dimension that connects hospitality, business, digital and creative practice.
The targeted skills also include the transformation and innovation of hospitality organisations, an international business outlook and the design of memorable customer experiences. Admission is open to applicants holding, or in the process of obtaining, a Bac+3 of 180 ECTS or an equivalent diploma, with an English level sufficient to follow all courses. Applications are submitted online, assessed on the basis of the file and then by an admission interview. Professional directions presented by the programme include, notably, Hotel Manager, Hospitality Business Developer, Revenue Manager, Guest Experience Manager and F&B Operations Manager.
