Today, we’re honoring Manon Caujolle, a third-year Bachelor of Gastronomy student, member of the Ferrières Student Ambassador Association!

“I’ve been treasurer of the association for 2 years. I decided to get involved right at the start of my first year, I was immediately motivated and available, it allowed me to discover even more about our campus. I was very shy in my first year, and this role really helped me to speak up and talk more easily.

Being an ambassador for Ferrières is very important to me. Trade fairs and high schools are ideal opportunities to share our experience and passion for the hospitality and restaurant business with young students interested in this sector. By talking to them, we can answer their questions and advise them on the various training courses and careers available in this field.

I know how important my role as ambassador is!

Even after I graduate, I’ll continue to be an ambassador for the school. I’m convinced that our school has a lot to offer, and I want to contribute to raising its profile and promoting its values. Ferrières Hospitality and Luxury Management is much more than a school, it’s a place of discovery and fulfillment, and I hope that other students will be able to benefit from my experience and discover what Ferrières can offer them on a personal and professional level.”
