Carrying out the third year of my Bachelor at Ferrieres School was an extraordinary experience.

Being amongst the first graduates of the school and also the first students to walk along the corridors of the Château de Ferrieres, was a privilege. The Château de Ferrieres was almost like a second home. This intense academic year included exceptional experiences such as the Taste of Paris at the Grand Palais, the opening evening at the Académie Nationale de Cuisine, and, of course, the Ferrieres School opening ceremony. These events left me with everlasting memories, as did the chance to meet key players in hospitality and gastronomy and a number of Best Craftsmen in France (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France – MOF).

Ferrieres School gave me the opportunity to carry out my internship in a luxury hotel on the Côte d’Azur, and partner hotel, the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc. An experience perfectly in tune with the goal of Ferrieres: the pursuit of excellence and expertise. Finally, I am extremely proud to be one of the first alumni and an ambassador for Ferrieres School and to be able to firmly stamp the Ferrieres hallmark on my career in luxury hospitality.
