Description:

Sommellerie training will allow you to develop your theoretical and practical knowledge in terms of both service and sales. The approaches to wine tasting will be taught to you, you will learn to develop food and drink pairings adapted to each client. The goal is that the customer’s meal is enhanced by the recommended wine

Goal:

  • Integrate the societal impact of food consumption
  • Locate the different grape varieties and their characteristics
  • Distinguish between the different viticultural techniques (cultural and cultural) and their consequences on the final product
  • Classify the categories of spirits according to their elaboration
  • Master the sensory analysis of wines with objectivity in order to select producers and references suited to their market
  • Organize and maintain professional spaces

Formation ouverte aux personnes de 18 ans et plus dans le cadre d’une poursuite d’études pour élargir ses compétences, ou d’une reconversion professionnelle sans niveau d’études minimum. Un entretien de motivation avec le jury Ferrières vous sera ensuite proposé après réception de votre dossier.
