Programme for Accelerated Professionalisation

PAP is specific to Ferrieres School

Through the programme for accelerated professionalisation PAP, students follow an immersive learning process in Hospitality, Gastronomy and Luxury units, in a real-world context.
Over the duration of the course, each student combines classroom training with immersive shifts in various divisions: kitchen, dining room, bar, reception, housekeeping, sales, booking, maintenance and events. This practical training is in line with academic learning.

Throughought these regular tasks, the student builds experience and acquires mastery of daily tasks.
Its objective is twofold:

  • OBJECTIVE N°1:  Immerse oneself in real-world situations in the Hospitality, Restaurant and Luxury professions while embarking on an in-situ learning process alongside seasoned professionals.
  • OBJECTIVE N°2: Confront the demands of daily life.
