An International Approach

The MSc in Sustainable Leadership & Innovation offers a unique learning experience, as students will study, live, and work in two of the most important tourism destinations in the world, Paris, and Barcelona. 

Students will be immersed in the professional, educational, and cultural environment of these world- class cities. Local experts will share their insights and knowledge, while challenging them with case studies and real business projects for leading companies in hospitality, food and beverage and retail.

Objectives

  • The MSc in Sustainable Leadership & Innovation provides a unique approach, as it focuses on developing human, managerial, and technical skills, essential to succeed in today’s complex, competitive and ever-changing business environment, The focus is on operation-driven innovation and the design and execution of memorable customer experiences.
  • The program contributes to personal and professional growth of each student; you will build a cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity as you will engage with fellow students from all over the world, while gaining a better understanding and appreciation of both the French and Spanish culture and lifestyle. These are qualities that are required for todays’ managers that lead multi-cultural teams and serve customers across the globe.
  • The curriculum allows students to develop a strategic vision of the international luxury hospitality industry. They will learn how to manage complex entrepreneurial projects, profit centres, and teams combining innovative management and leadership practices.
  • Apply responsible management practices that favour all the stakeholders to thrive, including the owners, employees, customers, the local community, and society at large.
  • Manage oneself and others as a positive leader and coach.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the specialization of choice in the areas and positions and anticipate the changing guest behaviour and its impact on the evolution of the company.
  • Focus on service excellence, guest and employee engagement, quality management and innovation.
  • Apply managerial, financial, and marketing knowledge to projects in these areas. Focus on data analysis, electronic distribution, and revenue management strategies.
  • Anticipate future challenges that these sectors may face.
