Within a prestigious atmosphere at the Château de Ferrières, benefitting from the knowledge and facilities of “Ferrières, the School of French Excellence”, the “Ateliers Ferrières” offer a full range of culinary, pastry and oenology workshops. This specialised training centre welcomes individuals and professionals (both French and International) who wish to further their knowledge and open new horizons. A team of internationally renowned experts (some of whom are laureates of international culinary competitions) provides a range of short and long-term courses in collaboration with the school’s academic board.
