Year 1 & Year 2

Preparatory cycle Ferrieres

  • A common core curriculum (semesters 1,2,3, 4) which allows students to gain an understanding of all Hospitality disciplines.
  • Be prepared to be efficient and operational, by applying the fundamental techniques and common behaviours inherent to luxury.
  • Professionals across the globe often emphasise the relevance of this programme, through which students obtain internships in the most distinguished institutions following their second year of studies, both in France and overseas.

Year 3

Possible Work & Study scheme in Gastronomy and Hotel

  • Semesters 5 and 6 broaden students' practical skills in their subject areas, allow them to perform better in operational positions and handle more duties within a team.
  • The Ferrieres Bachelor is designed for students who choose to enter immediately the workforce.
  • The Ferrieres Bachelor gives you the opportunity to progress towards supervisory operational positions such as:

Admission Criteria

Have the secondary school diploma or international equivalent.
Application file to be completed online.
Interviews at Ferrieres:

Assessment of social and behavioural skills (motivation, potency, adaptability, determination), intellectual and interpersonal potential (analytical skills, foreign language proficiency).

Admission of external students in 3rd year possible upon submission of application file.
