At the gateway to the French capital, the Ferrières School is located in the Château de Ferrières, symbol of Luxury and Excellence. The School trains future professionals and leaders of the hospitality industry through various programmes, such as the Bachelor and MSc Degrees, professional qualifications in cuisine, pastry and oenology (8 months), as well as intensive training programmes. Studying at Ferrières means acquiring life and business skills applicable directly after graduation. Ferrières’ ecosystem includes several restaurants, a catering division and a 4-star hotel. Students play an active part in this eco-system throughout their studies and thereby gain exceptional professional experience. These establishments are fully professional and are managed by highly experienced and qualified experts. They provide high quality service in cuisine and hospitality to a demanding clientele. While exposed to the reality of business life, students are progressively introduced to different positions in service, restaurant, reception, cuisine, sommelier, bartending, reservations and event organisation.
